The Lieutenant Commander Stephanos Papadimitriou was born in 1970 in Agrinio,Etoloakarnania. He joined Naval Academy (S.N.D.) in 1990 and graduated in 1995 as an Ensign.

In 1998 he was promoted to Second Lieutenant and Lieutenant in 2002. As a junior officer he served in various types of surface ships and services to the Greek Navy.

In 2006 he graduated from the School of Naval Staff and Officers (SEAN). In 2010 he was promoted to Lieutenant Commander.

On July 2010 and for eighteen (18) months he was placed as Commander in the oil tanker (W / F) ZEUS.

On December 2011 he was transferred in NAMFI as Personnel’s office Director.

The Lieutenant Commander S. Papadimitriou is unmarried.
