REQUIEM OF NAMFI’S RETIRED CIVILIAN PERSONNEL
On Saturday 25th of November 2017, the requiem mass of NAMFI’s retired civilian personnel, who have died from NAMFI’s foundation until today, took place at NAMF’s church of St Barbara, with the participation of the college of NAMFI’s retired civilian personnel.
CONDUCT OF GREEK OPERATIONAL TRAINING FIRINGS
On the 16th of November 2017, live firings with various weapon systems (anti aircraft 23mm twin gun, machine gun 0,50mm, mortars 60mm, 81mm, 106mm) were executed in NAMFI, as part of the Operational Training from the units of the 5th Infantry Brigade (V Division of Crete) Area of Responsibility.
GERMAN – AMERICAN ANTIBALLISTIC FIRINGS
From the 6th to the 9th of November 2017 were conducted anti tactical ballistic missile (ATBM) firings at NAMFI, in the context of the exercise AMDTF Tactical Firings (Air and Missile Defense Task Force Tactical Firings) by German and USA Forces
UNVEILING OF THE MEMORY PLATE IN THE LAUNCHING AREA
During a modest ceremony, in front of German and Greek forces, took place on Monday the 6th of November 2017 the unveiling of the gravestone in memory of the fallen Germans that lost their lives in the air accident on the 9th of February 1975 on the White Mountains

On 10th of October 2017 live firings with FENNEK (STINGER) weapon system were executed in NAMFI, as part of the National Tactical Firing Evaluation of the Netherlands Air Defense Units
