Courtesy Visit of the Commander of Standing NATO Maritime Group Two to the NATO Missile Firing Installation (NAMFI)

A courtesy visit was paid on Tuesday 14^th of July 2026, by the Commander of SNMG2 (Standing NATO Maritime Group 2), Commodore Georgios KYPRIOTIS, (GRC-N), accompanied by staff members, to the Commander of NAMFI Major General Nikolaos DIMITRAKOS.

During the visit, issues of mutual interest were discussed, and the critical role of the Allied naval presence for the security of the Mediterranean region was highlighted.
