NAMFI’s PARTICIPATION AT ECO CHALLENGE 2025

Akrotiri, October 4, 2025 – The established ECO Challenge sports competitions were successfully completed again this year, under the central organization of the U.S. Naval Support Activity Souda Bay.

 

NAMFI is proud to have once again contributed actively to the ECO Challenge, with the participation of both personnel and conscripts in all sports categories.

 

The active involvement of NAMFI reflects its commitment to excellence, collaboration, and strong bonds within the framework of defense and alliance.

 

More than just a friendly competition, this event symbolizes the military cooperation between the Armed Forces of the two countries and combines Cretan hospitality and Greek culture with the ideals of the USA.

 

The competitions concluded with an awards ceremony at NAMFI’s café-restaurant “Marathi.”
