The 3rd voluntary blood donation of 2026 was successfully held at the NATO Missile Firing Installation (NAMFI) on Friday, 18 September 2026, as part of the Hellenic Armed Forces’ ongoing social responsibility initiatives.
The enthusiastic participation of NAMFI military personnel and civilian employees once again demonstrated the NAMFI’s strong commitment to social responsibility, solidarity, and voluntary service to the community.
The blood units collected during the campaign will be made available through the Hospital Blood Donation Department to assist meeting the needs of patients throughout the wider Chania region. This contribution will further strengthen local blood reserves and support the healthcare needs of the community.
